Dash Clean Energy is powered by a team of green hydrogen and renewable enthusiasts with a passion for creating the tools to help decarbonize our Earth.

Dash Clean Energy provides strategy, development, and consulting for hydrogen project solutions throughout North America. Our solutions center are focused on utility/commercial projects involving wind, solar, hydrogen, energy storage, grid modernization, and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV).

Our Commitment to Diversity

As being one of the only minority owned renewable energy development companies in the nation, Gordon understands firsthand the issues that face minorities in the clean tech space.  As he climbed his way through the ranks of the clean tech industry, he noticed the lack of diversity, not only in upper management, but through the entire industry. It was one of his aspiring reasons for starting his own development company. Gordon focuses on hiring highly qualified individuals of color to join the clean tech industry by offering internship programs, mentorship, supporting education reform, and through strategic partnerships with third-party organization.

  • We provide internships for minorities in the engineering fields.  By partnering with HBCU’s we develop skills, real world experience, and business basics.

  • We believe in providing mentorship opportunities for anyone inside or outside of the organization who is looking to get into the renewable energy space.  We place great importance on providing young individuals the guidance they needs to succeed in the renewable energy business.

  • We support our local STEM programs as we believe that it is the starting point to get minorities interested in engineering programs.  We also support education reform in the United States as minority communities are vastly underrepresented.

  • We are proud members and/or donate to the following organizations and we encourage everyone who visits our site to provide a donation to at least one of our partner organizations.
